I have been noticing a trend that people are not happy with their support experience. I hope that some of these tips will help you have a better experience!
1. If you are unable to get into your account try to set up an alternate account on the same server (same device). The reason behind this is that all your information about the game, server, platform etc is all sent when you mail support via the link in game. Otherwise, feel free to email support at support@tap4fun.com and make sure you include the following if you mail directly from your email account:
Game:
Version:
Account:
Username:
Server:
Language:en
Device Type:
OS Version:
2. Be as clear and concise as possible.
3. When you get a reply (check the spam folder) do NOT delete it until you are sure your issue has been resolved. It will contain a ticket number that will reference your prior email.
4. PLEASE, if you get a reply that doesn't answer your question don't just fill out their good or bad survey. Reply to the email and discuss it further. It may have been that you were not clear or concise enough. :) Who knows. You won't get your answer if you give up after the first try.
