Our Commitment to Combating Fraud

Over the previous months we’ve been fighting a war of own, which is against fraudulent credit card purchases made in both Island Empire and Galaxy Empire. As many of you know, both of our iOS strategy games are popular in China, but you might not know that an enormous number of purchases coming from China are in fact from stolen credit cards obtained from Western countries.
We’ve been working tirelessly for months to put a stop to this, and will continue to do so until this ceases to be a problem. We have contacted Apple and are offering them our full cooperation to resolve this issue. Do not share your credit card information or iTunes account password with anyone in game, regardless of who they say they are.
If you notice purchases on your iTunes account that were not made by you (whether in our games or not), contact Apple Support about that immediately. Apple is generally very attentive about this issue and will offer you a refund for purchases that you didn’t make.
